🌿 Inner Child Truth: She's Not the Enemy 🌿

ree

Ever feel like that voice in your head is bullying you?

“You’re not lovable.”

“You’re too much.”

“You’ll never be enough.”

That’s not you.

That’s your inner child, still carrying the pain of being unseen, unheard, unloved. She’s not trying to tear you down — she’s begging for attention, safety, and love. (Credit to book "Anger" by Thich Nhat Hahn)

To quiet her voice, you must first listen.

When she says things like “nobody loves you,” don’t shut her down — retrain her. Those words are echoes of a time when love may have felt distant or conditional. But you get to change the script now.

Repeat after me:

I am loved.

I am worthy.

I am special.

I am held.

Say it again. And again. And again.

Not because you’re trying to fake it — but because you’re reprogramming your mind the same way it was programmed before: through repetition.

Let’s break the cycle. Let’s raise our inner child with the love we always deserved.
